Winter Show/Silent Auction
With so many small and mini local holiday exhibitions, this year we’re mixing it up! ALL SIZES*, all mediums, all priced $200 or below.
Welcome to the first ever Pawtucket Arts Collaborative Holiday Show/Silent Winter Auction. All PAC Members are encouraged to submit one piece priced at $200 or under.
Drop-off is Friday November 9th from 4pm-7pm and Saturday November 10th from 10am-12noon. Unless prior arrangements are made, work can only be dropped off at these times. In order to handle dropping off your work more efficiently, we'd appreciate it if you could register your work prior to November 9th using this form.
The show OPENS November 15, 2018 5:30-7:30. Bids will be accepted from 5:30-7pm and cash, check or credit card accepted. All attendees encouraged to bid. Pieces purchased at opening may be taken with that night. The event is open to the public, with music and refreshment, and runs through January 3rd, 2019.
PAC needs members to volunteer as Gallery Sitters. Gallery sitters sign up for 2 hour shifts. Gallery sitting provides quiet time to sketch, read, work on your laptop (you must provide your own mobile hotspot to use the internet), or .... We will need sitters from November 17th through January 3rd. Please contact Jane Bassman at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to volunteer. Gallery shifts are Thursdays 5:30pm-7:30pm and Saturdays/Sundays from 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm. You can choose to work 1-5 if you desire.
Artists of all mediums are encouraged to submit work. A portion of the proceeds (30% of sale) go to supporting PACs yearly operating costs as a volunteer run arts organization based out of Pawtucket, RI.
PAC SIlent Winter Auction is open to all PAC members - your dues must be current at drop-off time. You can pay your membership fee of $35 at time of drop off (cash, check, or credit card accepted), or online in advance: https://pawtucketartscollaborative.wildapricot.org/Join-or-Renew
