Calling all PAC Members New and Old to participate in our fall 2020 virtual show PANDEMONIUM
We want to see what our fabulous art community has been making while staying in. This is an historical, unprecedented moment in time where the entire world has had to hold its breath, hide away, and wait. For some this has been disastrous, for others merely a challenge, for some a hindrance, and still others a welcome respite from the rigors of daily life. Wherever you are on that scale (and it can change day to day!) we want to see what you’ve MADE during this time.
THIS WILL BE A DIGITAL SHOW WITH 5 CASH PRIZES!
1st Prize $500 2nd $250 3rd $100 and 2 honorable mentions of $75 each!* Joan Hausrath will be serve as our juror to pick the winners of the prizes.
*(prizes will be awarded via mailed check or PayPal based on artist preference)
OPEN TO ARTISTS in all media 2-D and 3-D. This is a digital gallery event, please send high quality images to best showcase your work.Artists must be current PAC Members with paid up dues at the time of art entry. Artwork must have been made during the quarantine. *If possible, please include a sentence or two writeup summing up your creative quarantine experience to be displayed with your work. Because this is now virtual show there are no size requirements

PANDEMONIUM DIGITAL GALLERY OPENS Thursday September 24th, 2020 show runs through Thursday November 12th, 2020. Juror Selected Winners will be announced on opening day.

Juror Joan Hausrath holds an MFA in Printmaking from Bowling Green (OH) State University and an MA in the History of Art from Ohio State University. After more than 30 years of teaching, Hausrath retired from the Art Department of Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts where she taught printmaking, design and art history. She now maintains a studio in Pawtucket, RI where she practices non-toxic printmaking.
Hausrath has curated numerous exhibitions for the Fuller Craft Museum, Brockton, MA; the Anderson Gallery, at Bridgewater State University; and Gallery 175 in Pawtucket. She regularly serves as a juror for art organizations including the National Scholastic Art Competition and the Fulbright Hays Fellowship awarded in conjunction with the United Nations.
