and Pawtucket Foundation to host
14th Annual Pawtucket Foundation Prize Exhibition
The Pawtucket Arts Collaborative (PAC) and the Pawtucket Foundation announce the 14th year of this highly regarded juried art exhibition - the Pawtucket Foundation Prize Exhibition. This year’s Juror is Michael Rose. Entries will be accepted from January 1st, 2022, through midnight of February 21st, 2022. The opening is Thursday, March 17th, 2022.
CALL TO ARTISTS
This is an un-themed Show open to all artists, in all media, 2-D, and 3-D. The juror this year is Michael Rose.
$1000 Pawtucket Foundation Prize and PAC 2nd place prize of $250 and 3rd place $100 awarded at the opening.
ACCEPTING ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY
January 1st, 2022, through Midnight February 21st, 2022.

What you need to know
Work must be no larger than 60x60 inches. This includes 3D work.
Work must be able to fit through double doors
We have a limited number of pedestals for use. If your work has special display needs, bring the materials necessary to display it properly.
We do not have proper facilities for digital/film work. However, if you do wish to enter such, please contact Victoria Dalpe at email@example.com for more information.
Work must be delivered and picked up in person. We do not accept shipped entries.
All judging is done via photographs. Please make sure the photo of your work is good quality and shows the work to advantage.

You can submit one or two entries.
Entry fees are:
PAC Members - $15 for one entry, $20 for two
Non-PAC Members - $18 for one entry, $23 for two.
All fees must be paid via credit card - checks and PayPal are no longer accepted unless under special circumstances. Please contact Lin at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case.
You will receive a confirmation with a link to upload your photos once your entry is complete.
Photos must be in JPG format no larger than 2MB.
One photo per entry unless you are entering 3D work. If so please email Lin at email@example.com to make arrangements for additional photographs.
ALL work must be for sale. We will not accept entries that are NOS (not for sale) or POR (price on request). DO NOT enter work that you intend to submit or use in another exhibition that starts before the Foundation Show's end date in May.
Entrants are given the opportunity to have their work included in PAC's Online Store. This enables potential buyers to purchase their work via credit card after the show's opening. You will be able to indicate if you wish to do so on the entry form.

The Pawtucket Arts Collaborative is a member-driven, fully volunteer-run organization dedicated to supporting, promoting and developing the highest level of the arts for the community and its artists by creating awareness, education, and involvement with our members and the public-at-large.
ABOUT THE JUROR- MICHAEL ROSE
Michael Rose is an art historian, gallerist, and writer. Since 2014, he has served as the gallery manager at the historic Providence Art Club, where he oversees a rigorous exhibition schedule spread across three unique gallery spaces. Under his leadership, the galleries of the Art Club have earned three consecutive Best of Rhode Island Awards for Best Art Gallery in Providence. In June of 2021, Michael also joined the writing staff of local news site GoLocalProv.com to author a popular weekly column "Inside Art" about exhibitions and artists throughout Rhode Island. He is a sought-after lecturer on topics related to art history and art business and has juried exhibitions for numerous local arts organizations. Michael earned his BA in Art History at Providence College and holds a Certificate in Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Arts from New York University.

GETTING TO THE PAWTUCKET ARTS COLLABORATIVE
The PAC Mill Gallery located at 560 Mineral Spring Ave 1st floor behind Mixed Magic Theater and the Miss Lorraine Diner. Ample parking along the side of the building with a sculpture garden in the back. Enter at the side door and up one flight of stairs, follow signs- take a left we are at the end of the hall to the right. For those that are dropping off large pieces, there is a ramp at the front entrance as well as accessible parking.
